SC OBC Free Coaching Scheme
The Ministry Of Social Justice And Empowerment has launched a new scheme named SC OBC Free Coaching Scheme for all the students of scheduled caste and other backward castes for providing free coaching. Today we will discuss the step by step online registration process of the free coaching scheme which is launched by the Social Justice And Empowerment Ministry Of India.
Social Justice And Empowerment Ministry launched a Free coaching scheme for the students belonging to the caste of SC and OBC so that they get the new free coaching classes. By the Free Coaching Scheme, the financial assistance of Rs. 3000 will be provided by the government to the local students and 6000 rupees will be given to the students who study out of the state. The Financial assistance Rs. 2000 will also be provided to the students so that they can stay in the city until the end of the courses. This scheme will be a very great opportunity for all the students who aspire to get a good education but cannot afford due to their poor financial conditions.
SC OBC Free Coaching Scheme Aim
The principle behind the new coaching scheme is the students who belong to the SC and OBC category to help them by providing a good education. In India, many of the students do not able to receive a proper education because people are not financially able to pay the coaching fees and academic fees. The Government of India has started this scheme to help all the students who are really ambitious in their education but suffer due to the shortage of money.
Incentive
- 3000 rupees will be provided by the government monthly to the local students for coaching.
- 6000 rupees will be provided by the government monthly to the outstation students for the coaching.
- The government will provide Rs.2000 per month as financial assistance to the physically disabled students who have more than 40% disability.
SC OBC Free Coaching Scheme Eligibility Criteria
- The students will be selected on basis of their academic result by the coaching institution
- The selection criteria will be relaxed for the students of SC and OBC caste
- Only the SC and OBC caste students can apply for this scheme
- The students annual family income must not more than rupees 800000
- Under this scheme, coaching will be provided for preliminary and main examination.
Implemented by
- Central Government/ State Governments/ UT Administrations/ PSUs/ Autonomous Bodies under Central/ State Governments,
- Universities (both Central and State) including the Deemed Universities and Private Universities recognized by concerned authority; and
- Registered private institutions/NGOs.
SC OBC Coaching Courses
- Group A and B examinations which will be conducted by the Union Public Service Commission (UPSC), the Staff Selection Commission (SSC), and the various Railway Recruitment Boards (RRBs),
- Group A and B examinations which will be conducted by the State Public Service Commissions (SPSC),
- Officers Grade examinations which will be conducted by Banks, Insurance Companies, and Public Sector Undertakings (PSUs),
- Entrance Examinations conducted for admission in Engineering such as IIT-JEE & AIEEE, Medical like AIPMT, Professional courses like Management ( CAT) and Law (CLAT), and other examination.
- Eligibility tests/examinations conducted by the concerned authorities such as SAT, GRE, GMAT, and TOEFL.
